  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked
  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup cheese slices
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage until browned, drain, and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then scramble until just set.
  4. Slice buns and layer sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  5. Top with buns, brush with butter, and bake until golden.
