Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in rice and toast lightly.
- Add spices and pour in chicken broth.
- Return sausage to skillet, cover, and simmer until rice is tender.
- Fluff rice, garnish, and serve warm.
