Ingredients
  

Sausage Mixture
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix sausage and softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, flour, and seasonings.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Drain Rotel well for best texture. Can be frozen before baking.
