Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken sliced or shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water or chicken broth
For Serving
  • 8 tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cooked chicken and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  3. Pour in water or broth and simmer 3–5 minutes until coated and heated through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos with chicken and desired toppings.
