  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and cook 5–7 minutes until creamy.
  4. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Remove from heat, let thicken slightly, and serve with toppings.

Notes
