Method
- Wash and trim green beans so they fit inside jars.
- Pack beans into jars with garlic, dill, mustard seeds, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Pour hot brine over beans until fully submerged.
- Cool, seal jars, and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
Flavor improves after 48 hours. Keep refrigerated.
