- Wash and trim green beans to fit jars.
- Pack beans into jars with dill, garlic, and spices.
- Bring vinegar, water, salt, and sugar to a boil.
- Pour hot brine over beans until submerged.
- Cool to room temperature, seal, and refrigerate.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Flavor improves after 24 hours. Store refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
