Ingredients
  

Crepe Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 0.25 tsp salt

  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add milk while whisking.
  4. Stir in melted butter and sugar if using.
  5. Rest batter for 10 minutes.
  6. Cook crepes in a lightly greased pan until lightly golden on both sides.

Notes

Batter can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before cooking.
