Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, thick
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle warmed peanut butter over yogurt and gently swirl.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt layer.
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely firm.
  8. Break into pieces and store in freezer.

Notes

Let bark sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before breaking for cleaner pieces.
