Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups spinach or bok choy
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Stir in soy sauce.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and simmer until cooked through.
  6. Add greens and cook until just wilted.
  7. Serve hot with green onions and optional chili oil.
