Pizza Crust
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust
Egg Mixture
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated cheddar cheese
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon or sausage diced, optional
  • 0.5 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • for garnish fresh parsley or basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Sauté bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in olive oil for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage on crust (if using).
  5. Layer mozzarella cheese, pour egg mixture, add sautéed vegetables, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley or basil, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use leftover pizza crust or mini naan for quick mini breakfast pizzas.
