- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Sauté bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in olive oil for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage on crust (if using).
- Layer mozzarella cheese, pour egg mixture, add sautéed vegetables, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
- Garnish with parsley or basil, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use leftover pizza crust or mini naan for quick mini breakfast pizzas.
