Pizza Base
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare baking sheet.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and brush lightly with olive oil.
