- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and quickly sear the steak. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Return steak and tortellini to skillet and toss until well coated.
