Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 0.75 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 tsp peppermint extract
  • 0.25 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 2 tbsp crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Add vanilla ice cream and milk to a blender.
  2. Add peppermint extract and optional food coloring.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with crushed peppermint and chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Adjust peppermint extract carefully to avoid overpowering the shake.
