- Mix crust ingredients and press firmly into a pie dish. Chill until set.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.

- Cook butter, brown sugar, and cream until slightly thickened.
- Stir in pecans and vanilla, then cool slightly.
- Top pie with pecan mixture and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
