Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
Cream Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pecan Topping
  • 1 cup pecans chopped and toasted
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press firmly into a pie dish. Chill until set.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling evenly into chilled crust.
  5. Cook butter, brown sugar, and cream until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in pecans and vanilla, then cool slightly.
  7. Top pie with pecan mixture and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, chill overnight before slicing.
