- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Steam broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, mayonnaise, and cream of mushroom soup until smooth.

- Fold broccoli into mixture and spread into casserole dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
