- Slice bananas into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until bubbling.
- Add bananas in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately. Use firm ripe bananas for best texture.
