Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit
  • 0.5 cup almond butter unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add almond butter, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Scoop and shape dough into cookies, flattening slightly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
