Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb country style pork ribs bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat pork ribs dry and rub with olive oil.
  3. Mix all seasonings and coat ribs evenly.
  4. Place ribs in baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
  5. Roast for 2½ hours until very tender.
  6. Uncover, increase oven to 425°F, and glaze if desired.
  7. Roast uncovered 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
