Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat pork ribs dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix all seasonings and coat ribs evenly.
- Place ribs in baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
- Roast for 2½ hours until very tender.
- Uncover, increase oven to 425°F, and glaze if desired.
- Roast uncovered 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
