Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef with onion in olive oil until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
- Stand taco shells upright in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle a small amount of cheese into each shell.
- Fill shells with seasoned beef mixture.
- Top generously with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
Notes
Do not overfill shells to keep them crispy.
