- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press crust mixture into lined muffin tin and chill 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, orange zest, juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cheesecake mixture.
- Fill crusts and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
- Decorate and serve chilled.
