Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup fresh orange juice strained
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press crust mixture into lined muffin tin and chill 20 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, orange zest, juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cheesecake mixture.
  6. Fill crusts and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Decorate and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill thoroughly for best structure. Use fresh citrus for maximum flavor.
