Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 250 g pasta fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  3. Pour in milk and water, then add uncooked pasta.
  4. Simmer and cook pasta, stirring often, until tender.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens, then serve hot.
