Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz spaghetti broken in half
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar & mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and spices; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, broth, and spaghetti.
  4. Simmer until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Add cream for extra richness.
