Ingredients
  

Chicken & Rice
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth warm

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sear chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter, garlic, and onion to the pan; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey and rice, coating rice well.
  5. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return chicken to pan, cover, and cook until rice is tender and chicken is done.
