  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed green and black olives pitted and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano or thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped olives, garlic, parsley, and oregano.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill before serving.
