Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Method
 

  1. Combine warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Let rest until foamy.
  2. Add oil, yogurt, salt, and flour gradually to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Divide dough into portions and rest briefly.
  6. Roll into thick circles.
  7. Cook on a hot skillet until golden on both sides.

Notes

Cover cooked bread to keep soft. Serve warm for best texture.
