Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 0.75 cup milk or water
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add milk or water and oil gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and rest the dough for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into portions and roll into flat circles.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook bread 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Serve warm with butter or favorite toppings.

Notes

Use a lid while cooking for extra softness.
