- Pulse almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add dates and blend until sticky.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend into thick dough.
- Press mixture firmly into lined 8x8-inch pan.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm, then slice and serve.
Notes
Store refrigerated for best texture. Can be frozen for longer storage.
