Ingredients
  

Oreo Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies with filling
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract adjust to taste
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 10 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 0.33 cup crushed peppermint candies

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos and peppermint candies.
  6. Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and clean slices.
