Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp culinary dried lavender infused

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and honey, then press into a pan to form the crust.
  2. Chill crust in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Warm a portion of cream and steep lavender, then strain and cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add honey, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Whip remaining cream to soft peaks.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spread filling over crust and smooth top.
  8. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender only. Chill overnight for best texture.
