- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and honey, then press into a pan to form the crust.

- Whip remaining cream to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spread filling over crust and smooth top.
- Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
