Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
Topping
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into pie dish. Chill to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Spread filling into crust and chill.
  5. Cook topping ingredients on stove, cool slightly, then spread over pie.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight and toast pecans before using.
