Cookie Dough Layer
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.75 cup natural nut butter
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 60 minutes until set.
  7. Slice into bars and serve.

Store chilled for best texture.
