  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Place Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and gently mix to coat.
  5. Transfer to a sealed bag with powdered sugar and shake gently.
  6. Spread on baking sheet and let set before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add cocoa powder or sea salt before setting.
