- Cook egg noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk and broth while whisking until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook until sauce thickens.
- Add noodles and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook 2–3 minutes more and serve warm.

Add cooked chicken or vegetables for a complete meal.
