- Place chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the roast.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and pour in pepperoncini juice.
- Top with butter chunks.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- Shred beef in the cooker and mix with juices before serving.
