Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in sour cream and corn until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and crushed chips.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Let rest 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
