- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Season and sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and rest.
- Sauté garlic, then add broth, cream, seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, then stir in parmesan.
- Add pasta and sliced chicken back to skillet. Toss and simmer briefly before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor and texture.
