- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken and sear in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the same skillet.
- Add broth and cream, simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and pasta to skillet and toss to coat.
Notes
Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
