  • 1 kg French fries frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries evenly on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over hot fries and return to oven until melted.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
