Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 1 lb frozen or fresh fries
Toppings
  • 4-6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
  3. Transfer cooked fries to a baking dish or sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over fries.
  4. Add bacon pieces on top of the cheese layer.
  5. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add a splash of milk if needed to thin.
  7. Drizzle sauce over loaded fries. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add jalapeños, diced tomatoes, or hot sauce. Use thick-cut fries for best texture.
