Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 1 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Fries & Toppings
  • 1 lb French fries frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 cup garlic sauce
  • 0.25 cup tahini sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, spices, and lemon juice for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Bake or fry French fries until golden and crispy.
  3. Cook marinated chicken in a hot skillet until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  4. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  5. Layer fries on a serving dish and top with chicken.
  6. Drizzle with garlic sauce and tahini, then garnish with parsley.
