- Combine chicken with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper. Marinate at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with olive oil and salt, bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt for garlic sauce.
- Arrange fries on a platter, sprinkle cheese, add cooked chicken.
- Top with diced tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and pickles.
- Drizzle garlic sauce generously over fries. Serve immediately.

For extra crispy fries, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
