Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt or to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with potato chips or fresh vegetables.
