Cookie Batter
  • 6 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts for dipping
  • 1 tbsp holiday sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small truffle balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze truffles for 10–15 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 20-second intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a wire rack.
  7. Decorate immediately with sprinkles before the coating sets.
  8. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
