- Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small truffle balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze truffles for 10–15 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 20-second intervals.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a wire rack.
- Decorate immediately with sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
