- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour and salt just until combined.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 22–26 minutes until set with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and spread over brownies.
