- Whisk almond flour, collagen protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
