Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups almond flour fine, blanched
  • 0.33 cup collagen protein powder unflavored
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.25 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk almond flour, collagen protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in melted butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
