Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, and powdered keto sweetener to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip with a hand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Increase speed slightly and whip until stiff peaks form and mousse is fluffy.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes and chill or serve immediately.

Notes

Use powdered sweetener for best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste.
