Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb beef chuck cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 3 potatoes chunked
  • 4 cups beef broth

Method
 

  1. Brown beef in olive oil until deeply caramelized.
  2. Add vegetables and sauté until softened.
  3. Add broth and herbs, then simmer until tender.
  4. Prepare mashed potatoes separately and serve together.
