Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add blended cottage cheese and mix into a soft dough.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into bagels.
- Brush with egg wash and add toppings.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.

Blend cottage cheese well for best texture.
