- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Sift in flour and fold gently just until incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until the top is deeply caramelized and the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
Cheesecake will deflate slightly as it cools—this is normal.
